A 29-year-old from Osage Beach faces a class-B felony charge for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute. Robert Troy Belton was taken into custody late Tuesday afternoon after giving consent for a search warrant to be executed at the house on Red Barn Road. According to the probable cause statement filed in the Camden County Courthouse, several items were seized from the basement of the house including seven individually packaged bags of crystal, two packaged bags of marijuana, pipes, a digital scale and various items of paraphernalia.
