An Osage Beach man is in a heap of trouble after a recent visit to his probation officer. A probable cause statement filed in the Miller County Courthouse alleges that 28-year-old Samuel Gramm was reporting to his P-O earlier this month in Lake Ozark when a pre-urinary-analysis frisk revealed a hard bottle concealed in his pants under the belt line. Gramm was placed in handcuffs and a bottle containing urine, with a rubber band holding a “hot hands” warmer to it, was removed from his pants. Gramm, already on probation for illegal drugs, reportedly admitted it was not his urine and that he would test positive for illegal substances. For his efforts, Gramm is officially charged with a class-D felony of forgery. Bond was set at $10-thousand.
