An Osage Beach resident is reaching out to the Board of Aldermen to seek help regarding major silt build-up on her road. Corky Greene claims the build-up from multiple developers has decreased the value of her home on Ash Lane a minimum of $30,000. She says the city has put up plastic fencing to address the issue in the past, but that didn’t help any. Mayor John Olivarri says there’s another developer working in the area now, so he referred Greene’s complaint to Public Works Director Nick Edelman and told her they would address the issue as quickly as possible.
