Due to opposition to a rezoning request, the board approved moving the case to old business in the May 18th planning and zoning commission meeting which will be held at the Camden County Courthouse. The request was to rezone a 9,487 square foot parcel on Lot 2 of Kokomo Subdivision on El Terra Road in Osage Beach for the purpose of constructing a duplex. . The commission received both letters from residents in favor of the rezoning and letters from neighbors who were in opposition. The property is owned by two families who wish to build a duplex for personal use as opposed to a single family dwelling.
