A woman from Osage Beach injured in a crash in Cole County is treated at University Hospital. 22-year old Alyssa Spillman went off the left side of U.S. 54 and then overcorrected. That caused her vehicle to go off the right side of the road and hit a guardrail. She was not wearing a seatbelt when they wreck occurred, just after 6:30 Sunday morning. Her injuries were described as moderate.
