Over 700 Customers Have Power Restored In Laclede Electric Cooperative

Residents with Laclede Electric have the lights back on following a massive outage on Tuesday.

Officials say nearly 700 customers lost power after a pole caught fire, causing the nearby substation to “shut down” until the pole was repaired.

They say linemen will return in the next few days to completely replace the pole.
