An overnight fire at a Missouri State Highway Patrol Maintenance Building has resulted in nearly a million dollars in damages. Officials say the fire occurred early this morning at the troop “f” facility on Shamrock Road off highway 50 in Jefferson City. The building houses maintenance vehicles and there were between 7 and 10 vehicles in the building at the time of the fire. No injuries are being reported and the cause of the blaze is under investigation.
