Efforts to promote businesses on the west end of the Grand Glaize bridge gets underway Wednesday. Over 70 businesses are participating in what’s being called the passport to the parkway in order to help jumpstart the area’s economy. Alderman Phyllis Marose is working with the citizen advisory committee and she’s says the promotion is generating a lot of interest for the area.
The passport to the parkway will include discounts and specials from participating businesses in order to attract people back to the west end. The promotion runs thru October 11th.
