Local law enforcement agencies are warning residents to be on the lookout for a roving individual pretending to be with the local police departments and stopping vehicles. According to Sheriff Ron Long in Pulaski County, this individual has been driving a dark Ford sedan dressed in plain clothes wearing a round, silver badge on his belt. These days’ officers have several lights in or on the car, not a single or small red and blue light system.
