Linn Creek Police Chief Greg Berry has waived his formal arraignment. He appeared in court Monday on a charge of fourth-degree domestic assault stemming from an incident in which he allegedly pushed his wife into a baby crib and/or a wall and handcuffed her. During the hearing, a motion to modify bond conditions relating to contact with the victim was denied by the judge. Another hearing in the case will be held March 9th via telephone. Berry remains on administrative leave from the city, a status which has been in effect since early October.
