Police Officer Hits Women After City Hall Crash

An Accident in Miller County at the Iberia City Hall Leaves a women injured after being hit by a police officer. Police officer Andrew Long was entering City Hall in his 2004 Ford Explorer when he had failed to yield to another car. The other vehicle driven by Janet Bays was proceeding through the intersection when she was hit by Long. She was struck in the passenger door and sustained moderate injuries. She was taken via ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital.
