A bill aimed at regulating powdered alcohol is working its way through the Senate. Currently, there is no age limit in the state to purchase alcoholic powder. House Bill 29, which has already passed the House, would change that to require the buyer to be at least 21. Currently, powdered alcohol has not come to the United States, but it is expected to do so and, in preparation for that, multiple states throughout the country have placed an outright ban on the product. The Senate held a public hearing on the bill on Wednesday.
