Presley Murder Trial Set For January

The trial of a man accused of murder and child abuse in the 2012 death of a three year old boy in Morgan County has been scheduled for January. T.J. Presley will go on trial in Cass County on a change of venue for the murder of Blake Litton. Both Presley and the boy’s mother, Jamie Litton face first degree murder charges as well as abuse of a child resulting in death. Litton’s trial is scheduled to begin December 8^th in Laclede County.
