Probation Violations Filed Against Eldon Men Convicted for Child Porn

Probation violations have now been filed against two Eldon area men convicted in the same case for possession of child pornography. Kyle Gann and Seth James both received suspended impositions of sentence and were given five years of probation for the child porn case that began when they shared an illegal image through Facebook Messenger. They have since both been charged with failing to register as sex offenders. Probation violation hearings have been scheduled for February 11th for James and March 10th for Gann.
