The developers who filed a TIF application for property near Passover Road continue to work with the city of Osage Beach to get everything they need done to have their proposal heard in front of a TIF Commission. City Planner Cary Patterson says they’re ready for the next step.
The property lies between Hatchery and Passover Roads, covering over 60 acres. Patterson also says this TIF application will take quite a bit longer because of the varying uses, which include the possibility of a hotel.
