The Miller County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is taking aim at an accused drug dealer from Eldon. Prosecutor Ben Winfrey, on Monday, filed a petition in circuit court seeking the forfeiture and seizure of more than four-thousand dollars in cash and a Vizio TV. In the petition, Winfrey says the cash and TV were being used during the alleged drug activity of Alex Killy who has, since, been charged with a class-A felony of first-degree trafficking or attempted trafficking and a class-D felony for possession of a controlled substance. Killy was taken into custody on Thursday of last week and arraigned on Monday. He continues to be held on a $250-thousand bond.
