The Miller County Prosecutor has released more information regarding a pair of drug busts in the county. Ben Winfrey says multiple people are facing charges following the conclusion of a pair of investigations. Stefanie Cavanaugh, Lenita Ginger, and Todd Ginger are all charged individually with delivery of a controlled substance. Cavanaugh allegedly had heroin with the intent to distribute it. Lenita and Todd Ginger face charges in separate cases for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. Winfrey says five others not named in the release are also facing charges as a result of the investigation.
In a separate investigation, Jeffrey Barlow and Scott Howell have been charged with two counts of possessing meth with the intent to distribute. A third defendant not named in the press release is charged with possession of meth.
Winfrey says his office has filed over 200 felony drug cases so far in 2018.
