The Camden County prosecutor says he will seek the death penalty for Morris McCabe, the man accused of shooting and killing three Stoutland residents last December. Prosecuting Attorney Brian Keedy filed a notice of intent to seek the death penalty in the Camden County circuit court today. McCabe is charged with three counts of murder in the deaths of Sally Amos, Don Meyers and Don Young on December 3, 2010. The three were found shot to death at a home near the intersection of Route T and Route H. Sheriff’s deputies arrested McCabe a day after the killings.
