The Missouri Public Service Commission is planning to hold a public hearing towards the end of the month in regards to the Missouri-American Water Company Case. The PSC is planning to hold the meeting on November 24th in the City of Warsaw with the intentions of gathering as much public input about the case as possible. The location will be the community building’s harbor room on West Harrison road. The public is encouraged to come out and submit their sworn testimony on the case or submit a written comment to the Office of the Public Counsel. The water company is looking to install and operate a sewer system for residents in Benton County and has requested to provide said service to 365 customers already served by Benton County Sewer District #1.
