The Missouri Public Service Commission is asking for information on Utility Service Disconnections involving the power, water and gas companies under their jurisdiction.

It’s in response to the permission granted to disconnect service following the hold placed during the COVID 19 shutdown.

PSC officials say they’re looking for information on the current levels of disconnections for non-payment, number of customers with past-due accounts, number of final notices and those facing disconnection in the next six months.

The information is from the August billing cycle and officials want the findings turned in by no later than September 21st.
