The Pulaski County Sheriff’s office has a new helper fighting against COVID 19.
Officials say they used part of their cares act funding to purchase an Ultra Violet Robot, who will be cleaning the jail area to help stop the spread.
The robot can disinfect up to a thousand square feet in nearly 7 minutes and it has a lasting benefit, as it can be used to cleanse all viruses for years to come.
It cost the Sheriff’s office around $35,000 dollars.
