A man who allegedly led authorities in Camden County on a high-speed chase will stand trial early next year. John Pawelczak was arrested in mid-July. He’s accused of fleeing from an attempted traffic stop on Highway 5, reaching speeds in excess of 100 mph. The chase ended when the car broke down near the intersection with Highway 7. Pawelczak faces nine counts including possession of drugs, resisting arrest, careless & imprudent driving, and other motor vehicle violations. He’s scheduled to go to trial in February.
