Two American Red Cross shelters are now open to help residents affected by severe flooding. One shelter is open at Christ the King Lutheran Church located on Bagnell Dam Boulevard in Lake Ozark. In Pulaski County, the Red Cross is operating a shelter at the St. Robert Community Center, on J.H. Williamson Drive in St. Robert. Volunteers have served meals throughout the community to affected residents and first responders. They are also conducting damage assessments throughout this affected area to determine the needs of residents. Red Cross staff and volunteers are also assessing the needs throughout the surrounding counties and are on standby to provide additional support.
