While the holiday weekend isn’t quite over, it has shown to be a fairly quiet one for the Highway Patrol. Between Friday evening and Sunday morning, they report two DWI’s and only one BWI. The Water Patrol also only reports two boating incidents, with one causing three minor injuries and one with no injuries. One of the incidents did, however, involve a boat driven by 47 year old James Catlin catching fire around the 64 mile marker of the Osage Arm. The incident happened around 5:30 Friday evening. Catlin was able to retreat from the boat without injury.
