Rep. Miller Proposes Allowing Riverboat Gambling on Osage River

Lake area State Representative Rocky Miller has pre-filed a House Judiciary Rule seeking a constitutional amendment which would authorize excursion gambling boats and floating facilities along the Osage River. The bill was introduced on Friday. The Missouri House website does not, currently, have a summary available and the legislation does not appear on the calendar at this time for consideration.
