Richland Man Faces Charges Following Stabbing Incident

A Richland man is now facing numerous charges following a stabbing incident.

Police say they found a person suffering life-threatening stab wounds on their neck at the 500 block of East Lockwood.

Witnesses on the scene informed police that Richard Wells and the unidentified person had been arguing before the stabbing occurred.

Wells is being held on a $500,000 bond and will appear in court on June 8th.
