A Richland, Missouri resident is facing charges after allegedly fleeing from authorities on two occasions. The Highway Patrol attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Highway 54 just west of Passover Road when the driver accelerated to speeds of 99 mph. The pursuit was eventually terminated due to safety concerns. That incident took place September 30th. The same vehicle was involved in another pursuit with the Highway Patrol on October 12th. On that occasion, the pursuit ended in Pulaski County when the suspect abandoned the vehicle and fled into a wooded area. Adam Ziolkowski is charged with resisting arrest by fleeing causing significant threat of injury or death. He’s also facing charges for speeding, failing to signal, and running a stoplight. All of those charges are in connection to the September 30th incident. So far no charges have officially been filed in connection to the second alleged pursuit.
