The debate over what to call 1,800 feet of road between the Eagle’s Landing three-way stoplight in Lake Ozark and the Osage Beach city limits goes to round 3 in the first week of June, when the Lake Ozark Board of Aldermen has a work session to talk about it. They’re expected to informally discuss their thoughts on the issue, and decide whether or not to keep the dual Bagnell Dam Boulevard/Business Highway 54 designation, change it to make it consistent with Osage Beach Parkway or name the pavement something entirely new. The city of Osage Beach’s asked Lake Ozark to rename it “Osage Beach Parkway” to help with uniformity and eliminate confusion for motorists.
