In Camden county, Bluff Drive traffic is being diverted to through the Osage Beach Parkway South and Fort Osage Lane to allow for the building of the new Bluff Road. Grading and asphalt paving continues for the new Case Road. Work on the substructure of the Jeffries Road, 54 overpass continues. Grading continues from Nichols to Case road and from west of route KK to El Terra. On Highway 54 at Lake Road 54-74 south of Camdenton, one lane will be open Tuesday for roadway maintenance. On route 5 from one mile north of Route F to Route F expect delays as the road gets a center turn lane and driveways are added. On Route 5 between Route 54 and Route 7 south of Camdenton one lane will be open today and tomorrow for roadway maintenance. And on Route Z between Route 7 and the end of state maintenance one lane will be open Wednesday and Thursday for road work.
In Miller County Highway 54 westbound between the Baymont Inn and Osage River Bridge has been reduced to one lane and the speed limit has been dropped to 45. Eastbound traffic in the same area has shifted but remains two lanes. The lanes will remain that way all summer while the tie in between the new expressway and existing highway is built. On Route 54 between Route D and Route 42, one westbound lane will be open Wednesday for road work.
And in Morgan County on Route 5 between Route 52 and Route HH, one lane will be open Monday and Tuesday for road work. The Route D bridge over Richland Creek west of US Route 50 is closed through mid July. And on Route K between Route E and the end of state maintenance, one lane will be open this Wednesday and Thursday for road work.
