A 19 year old Rolla man has been arrested for burglary and possession of burglar’s tools. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department says Gavin Arthur was found with copper tubing in his pick up truck near two trailers that had been stripped of their copper water lines in the Dixon area, Wednesday. He’s been released on 25-hundred dollar bond.
