A Laclede county businessman accused of killing a father and his teenage son in July is asking for a new judge. 65 year old Matthew Rumbaugh was recently granted a change of venue from Laclede to Camden County and now his attorney has entered a motion for a change of judge. Currently, 26th circuit court Judge Stan Moore is set to preside over the trial. Rumbaugh faces two counts of first degree murder and two counts of armed criminal action in the shooting deaths of 35 year old Chad Gerber and his 15 year old son Riley. He has pled not guilty and is being held without bond in the Laclede county jail.
