Trick-or-treaters should be out and about tonight celebrating Halloween.
Lake Ozark Assistant Fire Chief Matt Birdsley reminds parents to make their kids visible for drivers who may not be used to foot traffic on the roads.
Birdsley also recommends that kids hold off on eating their candy until the end of the night.
And remember to watch out for any type of open flame.
The Lake Ozark Fire Protection District will have a bounce house and food and candy at their fire station on Bagnell Dam Boulevard from 5 to 8 tonight. Walk on the Rocks takes place at Hy Vee from four to seven. And select stores at the Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall will hand out candy starting at 4 o’clock tonight. The information center will have a list available this afternoon.
