A Lake Area school district plans to start next year on time, but with a difference.
School of the Osage Board President Mary Whitman unveiled ‘The Osage Plan’ on Tuesday.
Students will begin the week with a day of E-learning, and will then go to school the remaining four days of the week.
Whitman says it’s about avoiding the complications that happened this Spring as the COVID-19 pandemic broke out and closed schools.
School of the Osage says there won’t be any changes to the school calendar and that students, parents and faculty will have the tools they need for the plan to be successful.
