A second Lebanon man has been charged in connection with the theft of nearly $36,000 worth of items from storage units in September. First back in October, 22-year-old Jackie Dean West of Lebanon was charged in connection with the alleged crimes. He received four counts of a Class C Felony second-degree burglary and four counts of a Class C Felony of stealing. Now the Laclede County Prosecuting Attorney’s office has charged 31-year-old Jared Dean Angst with a Class B Felony of receiving stolen property. Angst has been released from the Laclede County Jail after posting his $5,000 bond.
