The water patrol handled several incidents on the water over the weekend. During the early morning hours on Saturday a Kansas City, Kansas man was attempting to dock a house boat when the wind blew the boat into a dock, causing minor damages. Saturday afternoon, a St. Louis man suffered moderate injuries when he was thrown from his jet ski while attempting to jump a wake. Two boats collided just after midnight Sunday morning in the Gravois Arm. The boat that failed to yield left the scene of the accident. Another boat collision took place Sunday afternoon when an Olathe, Kansas man was leaving a dock and struck an unoccupied boat. A Tulsa woman was seriously injured when she was knocked around in her boat by a large wave. Finally, around 7:30 Sunday evening, a skier was injured trying to jump a wake.
