The Osage Beach City Hall was a busy place Wednesday (4) after a standing room and overflow crowd turned out for two listening sessions. The sessions dealt with safety issues at the Lake and the progress of the Missouri Highway Patrol’s Water Patrol Division. The main issues included fire safety when it comes to condo developments, electrocutions near docks which became an ongoing issue since 2012, as well as property damage and boater safety when it comes to large wakes on the Lake. However it was not easy to listen into the session.
