2014 is off to a good start for nine lake area non for profit organizations. The sharing and caring foundation of Camden county recently announced the lamb house, freedom through Christ lighthouse mission, medical missions for Christ, share the harvest food pantry, lake area helping hands homeless shelter, citizens against domestic violence, children’s learning center, Camden county child advocacy and pathways community health as the recipients of the twenty thousand dollar grant. Gerry Williams, president of the sharing and caring foundation says, the purpose of the foundation is to help raise money for the many non for profit organizations in the lake area.
He says they have distributed over two hundred thousand dollars in Camden County to non-profits, and this year they will be dispersing another twenty thousand dollars. If you would like to donate to the sharing and caring foundation please send it to po box 821 Camdenton, mo 65020.
