Six People Injured In Camden County Car Crash

Six people are hurt, two seriously, after a crash in Camden County.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says a broadside collision between a car and an SUV happened on Highway 5 and Twin Rivers Point Sunday morning.

Investigators say Gerald Jensen of O’Fallon turned into the path of a Cadillac driven by Dawn McCormick of Mack’s Creek around 10:40am.

McCormick ran into the SUV, but there were no serious injuries in the SUV she hit.

McCormick and a 5-year-old in the car has serious injuries.

Everyone involved was taken to Lake Regional Hospital by ambulance.
