Severe flooding has caused several area roads to be closed in the Lake of the Ozarks. At this time in Miller County, Tavern Creek concrete slab crossings are closed along with Swinging Bridges and Saline areas. Also route K at the southeastern edge of the county is closed both directions due to flooding over the roadway. Route N is Laclede County is closed due to water over the roadway. Also in Pulaski county several roads are closed including route U in both directions at the northwester part of the county. To find out more about road closures, check out the Missouri Department of Transportation’s website at modot.org or contact your local emergency management agency. Remember, if you come across a road that is underwater, turn around don’t drown and find an alternate route.
