Special Prosecutor In Camden County Altercation To Be Selected By MO Attorney General

A special prosecutor’s being requested by Camden County Prosecutor Heather Miller after an altercation between county maintenance workers and First District Commissioner James Gohagan in a county office building.

And Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt will be involved in selecting that special prosecutor.

Camden County Sheriff Tony Helms.

He tells KRMS News he doesn’t think the special prosecutor has been named yet.

Audio of the altercation between a group of county maintenance workers and Gohagan went viral earlier this month.

We’ve learned Melvin Miller and Dean Duran are two of the workers under investigation.
