State Governments Warn About Discarding Gloves On Ground

All News Sunday, April 12th, 2020

Several municipalities across the state are sounding the alarm on rubber gloves

Officials say there are too many cases of residents simply throwing them on the ground or leaving them in shopping carts

A recent report by the Washington post indicates those gloves are causing danger to workers in area stores and within the citywide sanitation departments

That’s because COVID 19 can last on plastic or latex material for up to three days

Residents are being asked to “kindly” stop littering their items, or face possible fines if they’re caught.
