The state legislature ended their regular session last Friday by setting a new record. State lawmakers passed the fewest number of bills in the state’s history, 59 policy bills and 16 budget. Some of the ones they did pass, however, could prove to be historic, such as the Right-to-Work bill and a last minute REAL ID bill. Also, on the last day of session, they passed a bill regarding minimum wage.
