Missouri Department of Public Safety Director Sandy Karsten, speaking during Governor Mike Parson’s daily press conference on Tuesday, says…all totaled…the state has shifted around some $18-million in the budget to pay for personal protective equipment items to be used by medical providers and first responders statewide.
