Coming on the heels of some severe weather that pushed its way throughout the Lake Area last night, all this week is “Severe Weather Preparedness Week” across Missouri. Camden County Emergency Management Director Ron Gentry says, if you aren’t ready, now is a good time to get prepared for all types of severe weather.

The annual statewide tornado drill is scheduled for today with sirens blowing at 10:00. Communities, statewide, will also be testing their severe weather alert systems.
