A free training course coming up in Osage Beach could help you save someone’s life. The course is called “stop the bleed” and Osage Beach Ambulance Supervisor Floyd Handy says it will focus on what you can do in the event of a shooting, or any other traumatic accident, before first responders can arrive.
Registration is required for the course and only 20 spots are available. It’s scheduled for March 24th from 9am-noon at city hall. To register, email fhandy@osagebeach.org, or call 302-2010 extension 252 and ask for the on-duty paramedic.
