Stover Man Killed In Morgan County Crash

A Stover man is dead following a crash in Morgan County.

According to the Highway Patrol, 30-year-old Jarrett Smith apparently went off the left side of route M south of Haw Creek Road and was ejected from his car.

Officials say Smith was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
