Morgan Co. Prosecutor Dustin Dunklee

Morgan County Prosecutor Dustin Dunklee has announced that 11 people have been sentenced to the Department of Corrections from Morgan County in the last month. That list includes Joshua Miller of Stover. He was sentenced to 50 years in prison for statutory sodomy involving a victim under the age of 12. He also received a four-year sentence on a charge of incest. Dunklee says six of the cases involved controlled substances.

1. Skylar K. Duhn – Sentenced to 10 years in DOC for the Class B Felony of Abuse or Neglect of a Child.
2. Joseph M. Edwards – Sentenced to 6 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
3. Holly L. Furney – In three separate cases that were previously disposed of with a probation disposition: Mr. Furney was sentenced to 7 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7 years for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and two additional 7 year sentences for the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
4. Janet M. McSpadden – Sentenced to 4 years in DOC for the Class E Felony of DWI under RSMo 559.115, with preference for the Institutional Treatment program in DOC.
5. Robert McWilliams – Sentenced to 7 years in DOC for two counts of the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance under RSMo 559.115, with preference for the Institutional Treatment program in DOC.
6. Joshua B. W. Miller – Sentenced to 50 years in DOC for the Unclassified Felony of Statutory Sodomy – Child Less than 12 Years Old and 4 years in DOC for the Class E Felony of Incest.
7. Curtis L. Anderson – Sentenced to 7 years in DOC for two counts of the Class C Felony of Delivery of a Controlled Substance under RSMo 559.115, with preference for the Institutional Treatment program in DOC.
8. Robert E. Smith – Sentenced to 5 years in DOC for the Class B Felony of DWI and 4 years in DOC for the Class E Felony of Driving While Revoked.
9. James E. Vaughn – Sentenced to 10 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (2 counts), 10 yeas for the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5 years for a separate case where Mr. Vaughn was charged with the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance and 2 years for the Class E Felony of Resisting Arrest.
10. Rocky R. Rickey – Sentenced to 10 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prior and Persistent Felony Offender) under RSMo 559.115, with preference for the Institutional Treatment program in DOC.
11. Suheil R. Miller – Sentenced to 4 years in DOC for the Class E Felony of Resisting Arrest under RSMo 559.115, with preference for the Institutional Treatment program in DOC.
These cases were prosecuted by Prosecuting Attorney Dustin G. Dunklee and Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Douglas Kinde & Derik Kinde, through the efforts of Mr. Dunklee’s staff members and the professional investigations of all law enforcement agencies involved.
