Summit Natural Gas To Wave Late Fees And Disconnections In Wake Of COVID 19

Good news for customers of Summit Natural gas in the Lake area.

The Missouri Public Service Commission approving the company’s request to grant temporary relief in the wake of the Coronavirus, including waving late payment fees and stopping all service disconnections.

The order stays in effect indefinitely or at least until the virus is under control. Customers will be notified at least 15 days before the late payments and disconnections are reinstated.

Summit provides Natural Gas for more than 20,000 customers in Missouri, including the Lake area.
