Sunrise Beach Man Arrested on Rape, Sodomy & Incest Charges of Two Girls Under Twelve

Charges of statutory rape, sodomy and incest have been filed against a Sunrise Beach man. According to court documents, the charges were filed on Thursday (15) against 54 year old Shayne Garretson. Garretson is alleged to have physically and sexually assaulted two girls under the age of 12 and bound them with handcuffs. During a search of his property, police discovered the handcuffs along with children’s underwear items and several firearms. Garretson is being held in the Morgan County jail on $250,000 dollars bond.
