A Lee’s Summit woman accused of killing her father and his girlfriend more than three years ago will be in Camden County court on Monday asking for a new judge and for the case to be moved to a different county. 45-year old Susan Van Note is charged with two counts of first degree murder and one count of forgery in the death of William Van Note and Sharon Dickson. They were found shot and stabbed inside William’s home in Sunrise Beach in October of 2010. Dickson died at the scene but William was taken to a Columbia hospital where he died a few days later. Prosecutors allege that Susan forged a document that took him off of life support. She remains free on bond.
